Hi guys just got a call from my insurer and they valued my car 370 if the car stays with me or 430 if they take it away?

What happens if they say no? What are your entitlements?

Have a read through this mate..looks like you need to find evidence of how much an equivalent model would actually cost to buy. And you can try & negotiate based on those findings.
