It's an all ticket event chaps. I work for the big bad Ticketmaster and helped them setup the event. Not THAT many tickets left available either, so get in quick

Basically they hadn't released all seats for sale.

As for the strip being open, there are different tickets for that event that cost £25 all told I believe. Not sure the £4 ticket gives access to the strip itself, just the event.
