Re: Weak Spark...wait...no.Something else

only kidding.
Still nothing.

I have left the spark plugs out to evapourate petrol...no start after plugs back in.
I have left the plugs out and disconnected the injectors...no fuel is spurted out.
I have put different HT leads on.....no start.
I have disconnected the Piggyback greddy.....no start
I have touched myself.....no start
All i can do now is
A - Replace the ignitor.
B - Replace the main dizzy unit
It cant be the injectors since there is fuel in the cylinders.

No it doesnt.
Im still not conviced the spark is strong enough since i have to look close at the plug to see spark. So tomorrow its ignitor time. I doubt the main relay can be a problem or ignition switch.
EDIT
Just a small thought.
In the charger install i removed the charcoal canister and anything related to it. I have plugged the TB nipple and left the fuel line on the fire wall open.
EGR is still present but things that are connected to the cannister etc are all gone. Again it did run depsite vacuum leaks from the charger.

Ignitor Modules swapped over....nothing.
I did a compresson test.
P1 - 230
P2 - 220
P3 - 195
P4 - 230
P3 is a little low bit not that low.
Could it be the colder spark plugs not starting the car and my platinums are too fouled to start it. Ill try new none platinums for cheapness. Battery is now dead so charging it.

But all my earths are solid.mercutio wrote:if it isn't the plugs my vote is for bad earth
EDIT
Wait now i think about it you might be right. Ill check.
When i was cranking the car my neighbour over the road said my rear lights were flickering and my boost/oil/A/F lights flicker too when i crank. Might be a bad earth.
My earths are.
Battery neg in the passenger side boot to clean metal chassis on one of the rear headlight bolts. 0awg. Noticed some blue electode material on this now.
Transmission to chassis where original battery would be.
Valve cover front & JRSC powersteering block both to front slam panel.
I will move battery negative to the floor or near the bootlock.
Maybe add a wire from the engine block to the chassis.
