most police cars have black boxes which record speed and are linked to the camera if the car has one which most cop cars have now

I saw a police interceptors last week, a police officer was 'test driving' a new BMW unmarked car that wasn't fully finished (no radio etc...fitted yet). He drive it at over 100mph on a country lane. Me and the missus went mental because he should of been banned.
