There is only 1 balance shaft seal on that side that i know about. They could of course be refering to the balance shaft seal retainer which is an extra that honda produced to stop the balance shaft sealing popping off completely. Think its only £4 quid or so ;) its a big metal washer tab thingy that screws onto the block and sits over the seal area

that list is pretty much what you need to buy so you can change everything, Also add the DIpstick Oil Oring
91309-PJ7-010 O-RING (11.5X3.5)

when you remove the timing belts covers clean them beacuse when there is a leak they get recieve part of that leak.

the crank seal is not hard to change just be carefull not to scratch the inside wall you can remove the crank seal with a flat screwdriver and to put it back in just make sure to put it first with your hands and then use a socket like a 32-36 mm to push it slowly with a hammer.

All sorted. Went in for belt replacement service yesterday and all the seals were fine, no leaks. The leak has been suspected to have come from the old valve cover gasket which I replaced during January due to ongoing leakage - http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/honda-p ... 11161.html.
