5th gen are different depending on the market. Ukdm and jdm dizzys are different to usdm and maybe other euro conteries.
JDM Preludes have a knock sensor so the Type S ecu will want to see one. But I can't see a type S ecu doing you any favours on a h22a5 since that's not a type S engine.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

My current engine is 4th gen h22a (197 hp), and I've installed the ECU from 5TH gen h22a. SH is my old ECU.RattyMcClelland wrote:5th gen are different depending on the market. Ukdm and jdm dizzys are different to usdm and maybe other euro conteries.

I assume 4th gen h22a's should have a knock sensor.
Does anyone know what's the other error?
