Good or bad buy folks?

Idea is to build it up over the next few months and then drop it in, btw mine current engine is the h22a5 185bhp one

Seems like an H22A for £150, which of course is fine.
I'd take the bhp estimate with a rather large plate of salt though.

engine has good comprishon and is a 100% with fa rong with the engine.

You've got to hope he hasn't done any detailed work himself.

yeah i know, dont expect it to be anywhere near 230 :L , plan is to strip it and rebuild it myself plus try and get some type s cams and what not for it see if that'll bring the bhp up abit

I would imagine so, yeah.
TBH though, I (well Rich) changed so much at once on mine, I couldn't tell you of any obstacles, if that makes sense.

A8 was from 5th gen, so that's a good start, and I imagine with your plans you'll be going standalone ECU anyway?

Yup more then likely as theres no rush in me having to get it sorted, the ad says its a bb4 but do they not come out of 4th gen and come with black rocker covers

:L no bother just wanna make sure I've the right info

so it should be 200bhp standard anyway

there is a p13 ecu that comes with it aswell seen alot of people talking about them on the forum a while ago
