What's the m2b4 box then mate I have one sitting in my garage. I bought it of my mate for £80 and there's nothing wrong with it. my box has the common 5th crunch doesn't do it if I double clutch tho lol

The M2B4 is a JDM 4th gen gear box with a viscous LSD (the ATR U2Q7 has a much better torsen style LSD). The U2Q7 has the same 4.266 final drive as the M2B4 but has a longer 1st, shorter 2nd & 3rd, same 4th, and a shorter 5th.
If it were me I would get the U2Q7 fixed rather then going with the M2B4. When I had my gearbox built for my track 4th gen I used a gearbox specialists in Falkirk, A. J. Kane, who were very good and not that expensive:

Cheers man will give them a call see how much would be. My mate also has the import h22 out his prelude too with 67000km on what price do these tend to go for?
