what dobyou mean? Is there anything wrong with this cat? It's back on shelf now as I needed it only for MOTderrick1988 wrote:

Seriously though I'm very surprised I always assumed high flow cats would raise the emissions?
Looking at that ad I would need one with the flange fittings though cos every other part of my exhaust is bolt on flanges?

My local exhaust shop weld them for £20 so it's not an issue

My cat that is on just now is let's say dicintegrating! To fit my cat back system I need to undo three bolts attached to the rustiest standard cat I've ever seen lol so basically it's gona get damaged. Since I will be needing a new one and because my only aim in life just now is to get this car more powerful and back to health I'm interested in a high flow catalytic converter. Pref. stainless with flange ends which will save me on weld costs and be easy to take back off if unsuitable for mot test. I've seen a couple on eBay for around 60 bucks but they don't state if they are 100,200,300 cell etc???

Well I had a high-flow 200CPI unit fitted to mine from a place near Bristol (Nemesis Exhausts) for £150 fully fitted. A few of the guys seem to have sourced good units on eBay as per previous links, so might be worth trying that.
I plan to fit my decat again soon anyway, been running the car about 5 years without it and REALLY miss the scream when in VTEC.
