Auto to Manual Swap
Hi people,
For those of you that don't know me I have been pushing an Auto Lude (1993 JDM Si Vtec) for that last 10 years.
Well i just bought a donor car today to rescue the old girl. Only thing is although I ideally wanted a JDM manual with the M2B4 LSD box it was hard to find one, so i purchased a 1995 UKDM with the M2F5 box.
Questions: Can this box be upgraded with an lsd?
Will i need a JDM manual ecu?
Any easy to follow user guides for doing this?
Cheers

2. No, you can convert the Auto one.
3. There are a few on american sites, but in all honesty, there's not that much to it.

Yes I do
but not in my road Prelude. Yeah you can get an aftermarket or ATR diff to fit the M2F5. But as Vtecmec says the best info for auto-manual will be on US sites. Although Salazar was pretty good at describing his swap. Have a rummage round his thread from PUK days http://preludeuk.forumup.com/viewtopic.php?t=23834
