That doesn't sound like too bad a fail tbh! The CV boot, wiper and seatbelt should be easy enough to replace (provided you can find a replacent belt!). The welding is a ball ache, I have had both sides of my Accord done now as they rotted

even the welding was too bad through a decent body shop though, so hopefully you shouldn't have too long to wait to drive your lude!
