Have you checked compression? I'll guess you might have one or more cylinders not burning properly and that's throwing off the tune. Could also be ignition related. How do the plugs look? Any one look different to the others?
Are the cams degree'ed in properly? My JUN cams at zero/zero feel like absolute poo. I'm talking less power than a 1.4 litre engine.

Cams where played with abit but made no huge differences
The car was running rich on vtec before the tune and had a massive dip, got the dip sorted out slightly but still comes on abit rich which it's ment to go lean in vtec the mapper sorted the fueling out best he could idle is okay but the power isn't there

Well to be honest mate all I'm seeing is h22a not a type a engine blah blah I don't see anything that will help me knowing that I do or don't have the type s engine to late for that now.
How does the graph look? Isn't the max power ment to be much earlier anyone ever had skunk2 pro1 cams in a h22?
