5G OEM Sat-Nav system
The backlight is a CCFL like you get in old laptop screens. To see if the back light is failed, its best to do this at night, turn the car on and get a touch and shine it at the screen at different angles if you get is right you should just be able to make out the shapes of the image on the screen.
If you can see the images then you're screen light is failed, if not, it might be something else.

I am currently looking for one to replace my Sat-nav unit to replace my screen which doesn't work. Honestly, I would not spend more then £30-40 on a replacement. I know that was a rare/jdm part but as it was so rare that no one has it in their car and people that had that now have replaced it with an aftermarket unit. So I must be the only one who wants it so the person selling it won't shift it that easily. Ofcourse, some people might want to have this retro fitted in their car that didn't have it but then you are looking at re-wiring the whole sat nav unit, digital climate control and it's a headache.
So if I saw this for sale I would offer £30-40, depending on the condition.

There is one white Sir breaking in Manchester, which had the screen. I've texted the person and I think you came to ask on here

The reason why they are not worth much is not just the wire loom. You need the rear windows for the aerial. Also all of the other gubbins under the shelf and behind door cards.
