Ebay Password Change Problems

Because of a data breach at eBay, we all apparently have to re-set our passwords.

I've tried all day with no luck. I cannot log in with my old password.
I've clicked their link so they can send me an email with the details but there's nothing happening.
Is anyone else having these problems?

I reset mine, using the email link, with no problems.
The email isn't going in to a spam folder is it?

I changed my password, but now my new password doesn't work.

Why is it sometimes I post and submit but my comments disappear? Lol do I have gremlins!

The worrying thing here is that i once had my eBay account hacked. Ebay said if ever they seny ANY important message it goes through the ebay messaging system and an email notifying you the message is there. I got the email saying i needed to change my password but when i logged into eBay there was no eBay message in the internal messaging system?

Could this be a huge elaborate scam?

I was thinking the same thing. I'm always logged into eBay. I've not had a message to change passwords. Where did you get the info that you had too?

Mine just came through an email. When i logged into ebay and there was no message there, i just binned it.

When trying to log in this morning it automatically requested a password change.
I can't log in with my old password.

I use the app so I'm always logged in. I'd be worried to log out now just incase
