Advice needed bb3 exhaust manifold HELP

Hey
I've got a bb3 (f20) my exhaust manifold has cracked so I'm looking at getting a new one. Problem being there is nothing!
I've heard that the h23 one would be an exact fit and maybe an accord (what year I have no idea)

Can anyone offer me any advice either where to get a manifold from or if the above ones are literally a direct replacement eg port sizes, bolt locations etc the same
