Fair comment LLL, I just know I wouldn't want to pay more for the same thing, regardless of who and where it is.

I realise this isn't the done thing but since this is in general chat and is merely an advertisement (rather than a proper sale thread) to ultimately bring in a sizeable sum of money, you have to expect some questions. This isn't back pocket change.

I'll leave it at that but don't tell me I can't do 2+2 and get 4.

They work out £30-£40 more buying them as the manufacturers brand than ours, plus there's an LG discount of at least £30. So overall you'd be at least £60 better off buying our Tokyo Squad kits.

Has an icon saying 'Fast Car Awards Winner 2013'
Coincidentally has very similar images as on yours
The exact same options are available
Near enough word for word descriptions
And is advertising package 1 for £100 less inc. delivery

As I said before I know this isn't the done thing and I've probably poisoned the cart, but I did ask a genuine question - as in what incentive is there - in case I really was missing something or had the wrong end of the stick. But you keep pushing this LG discount 'you'll save money overall' thing when in reality, let's say someone goes for it via a group buy and picks it up themselves, it doesn't ring true.

Just so you know where I'm coming from, going off the values you've stated on here and using package 1 as an example:

£839.99
-30 LG discount
-15 group buy
-20 for collecting
= £774.99

Where I've mentioned above, the same spec kit is £739 delivered.

As I said before, maybe I'm missing something. Don't take it personally, these are genuine consumer questions. Anyone would be lying if they said they don't like to hunt around for the best offer, I wouldn't like to guess at how many posts I've seen on here along the lines of "Where's the cheapest place to get...".

I hope I'm wrong.

States that shipping and taxes were included, but perhaps they mean a sales tax, dunno why it would be bundled in with shipping prices though. Odd that all prices are set in GBP as opposed to a native currency and a UK mag would rep them knowing people would be stung by import costs.

I suppose back on topic then! I'm not convinced but I'm also not gonna drop 700 odd quid to find out.

Is that VAT this end as well? My housemate keeps getting stung with delivery cards where he has to go collect a parcel and pay the extra after it came in.
