Anyone know who the very annoying (IMHO anyway) american guy is on the Xbox advert

I quess his an actor as he says after the role of a lifetime , but blimey i hope he is only putting on the smugness and way he talks , it would drive me up the wall if he is always like that

Tbh I think part of the advert is his character from BB. Yo and bitch were sort of catchphrases.
