Yeah the spider situation down South is dire, the fuckers are everywhere

I currently have a false widow invasion in the garage, they seem to breed quicker than I can hoover them up.

Mercifully we don't get spiders in the house as the dogs eat any that stray inside. They also eat any flies that come in so the lack of spiders is no loss

Has anyone had a tegenaria drop on them during an attempted capture?? I have

properly lost my jobby seeing a pint glass sized one dropping towards my upturned face

could possibly be a new form of exercise as I don't think I've ever moved so fast in my life.

i always get so much stick on fb pages when i say that the rapist is a viable system of genetic mingling. The opportunistic breeder gets a good share of the pie while the 'bigboys' are battling it out.

I've just been through my Dropbox but I can't find any pics, I did take some though, I got a video of the spider fights too - it's just a matter of locating them!
