Timing gun is 100% valid on a P13 OBD1 engine man! You definitely need to set that up properly before anything else if you've had the dizzy off!

I start to blame distributor. As after every time i adjust it it helps, but after some time problem comes back.

quite possible

you can also check alternator output - should be about 14.4
