Map sensor vacuum location

Post by DaveyBa8 » Mon Jul 07, 2014 9:22 pm

Story is I have a skunk2 intake and a different larger throttle body, but I have the map vacuum line located on the intake mani just near the throttle body,

Would it ideally need to be on the throttle body?

If I am understanding the question correctly you dont need to run the MAP sensor from the throttle body. I run my one off one of the vacuum ports on the intake manifold.
