Jesus lad after 3 months don't be worrying about it at all, Christ there's people out there driving cars topping up every 2nd week. It's not unusual for a car to use abit of oil. I see it all the time. And after 3 months from full to low I wouldn't be worrying at all. Just get into the habit of regular weekly checks.
