Unfortunately again my hermes driver isn't always reliable and it's been sent royal mail now recorded delivery. So I'm sorry for you waiting bb1boy.
I would like to add for others who have waited.
My local hermes shop scanner doesn't scan all my parcels.. Their scanner looks knackered and they refuse to type the Bar code number in out of fear if the collection courier won't type it in either.
I had issues with yodel Until recently and they have since changed drivers and none of these have gone wrong since... The lad who does this now is a neighbour of mine and was a home delivery network driver for a fair few years so he is at least proficient at his job.
A lot of deliveries have taken the mick between these 2 companies and city link who I have only used a very few times and every time has been a no show.
Parcel2go can only apologise and rebook or give me a postage refund.
It's been very frustrating for me because I have to take time out from my day to wait for couriers to No show.
Anyone who wishes to buy anything can recommend the courier company if they choose but delivery prices will reflect accordingly
