It maybe worth ringing your local Honda dealer to see if the recall work was done on your lude (highly unlikely) and ask if they will carry out the recall work. I have no idea if they will, but its worth an ask.

Just a thought.... the wires from the switch haven't been routed badly have they?
Wondering if they are too tight, or catching on the steering column, which caused them to break initially. It might be that if the cause is still there then they may have broken elsewhere after you fixed last time.
Jiggling the key screams out that the ignition is faulty, but you fixed it before (albeit temporarily) without changing the switch.
