You would not want it Phil its cost me £770 in repairs this year to date. That is not including this weeks bill it is booked in for Wednesday for new ignition leads as it is a V6 under 2000rpm and a V8 over that leads at the cheapest are £180(12 of them
one for each cylinder and 4 to connect over the top) 8 plugs at about a tenner+ each sliders on front N/S wheel various pretty lights and a sagging drivers door alignment with shims and thats pattern parts.

Sounds like could be loose contact in socket to me but I'm no sparky

Any chance it's under the floorboards?
We had a board nail through the insulation of a cable and didn't detect it for some years.
