This is 2nd turbo blown in 2 months, but to be fair, the 2nd turbo was quite smokey in my old 850 anyways, so knew it wasn't gonna last too long. I was waiting for a 19T to turn up, but I'll just stick with 15G turbos, so got another one here now, just need to rotate the core, and then just chuck it back in.

Will probably need to flush the intercooler though, but I'm planning on fitting a muuuccchh larger intercooler at the front of the car as there's loads of space behind the grill

Got a lot to learn about the volvo yet. Just inherited VOL FCR thanks to a mate

unfortunatey my laptop dont have a serial port so Im trying to find out if I can alter a setting somwhere so I can get the USB cable to work. I got light 21 on the dash permanently, which means electic ignition fault or somthing. My guess is its the 02 sensor.

Do an ECU reset mate. Take the ECU out and leave it out overnight, then put it back in and drive it and hopefully will go out within a few miles.

By light 21, do you mean the lambda light?

Get a serial to USB adapter, should allow you to use serial devices then through your USB port

My psychic senses tell me you may be running Vista. If this is the case, apparently you may be able to use a USB->Serial adaptor as Ammo has suggested.

Not got new turbo in yet, just waiting for my mate to get around with reversing the core in it.

I have just bought this for her though. It's 5' 6" wide!!!!!
