Yes that is the way how RAYS doing 2 piece split rims. Centres are going from the back of the barrel, and because inner barrel diameter is different on the edges and in the middle, by shaved centres is the only way to put the wheel together.

On the areas where centres are shaved they are covered and hold by curved washers.

I belive Mart have them on side, if not I will digg my photos gallery to show you how they look like.

Got the fronts off tonight.

Just gotta go down the garage tomorrow to use the spring compressors to swap the topmounts over.
So should be fitting tomorrow!
