how easy is it to replace a headlight cluster?

I would check that you have not moved the electronic adjuster on the dash before doing anything else.

The "slider" in the bottom right of the pic

ok cheers, i'll have a look, what a stupid thing to fail MOT on lol

also failed on lambda emmsions test, cos of a blowing back box lol

Might sound stupid but when mine was in the other month there for its mot it was going to fail on this as it wouldn't adjust up, turned out to be the bulb in the wrong way so maybe worth looking at.
