Am I right in saying a tri y does away with the stock downpipe & flexi?

Does this make a solid front mount necessary?
Does this replace the flexi?
yes the tri-y has no flexi, uses the doughnut type flange instead, same as on the fuji setup

Perfect. Apart from notching the sub frame it bolts straight on?

No the centre section/cat needs extended to meet up to the tri-y position, the custom exhaust place I use fitted the tri-y and extended my exhaust for £70.

Thats a very good price for a brand new part ;)
I know that it will need a small notch in the subframe, but why the polifilled engine mounts?? Any particular reason? :?
