Accord type R rear calipers straight swap??

Basically got seized NSR and OSR isn't great. Been offered a set of rear ATR calipers and carriers for cheap. Are they the same? Straight swap??

Rear calipers Im not sure.

The fronts definitely are a straight swap..

bugga, they look the same, both seem to have the integrated handbrake. Im taking the calipers carriers and discs off this guy so im hoping i can get it all on using the parts i have.
