Hi
I'm not sure why they would recommend a 15w-50 unless it's either massively modified or really badly worn, leading to very high oil consumption. A 5w-40 or 10w-40 would be much more sensible.
Cheers

Here you go
http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-657-10w-40.aspx
The best ones are the Gulf Competition, Motul 300V, Red Line and Millers CFS. As a cheaper alternative the Fuchs Syn MC, Shell HX7, Motul 6100 and Millers EE/Trident are good choices.
You only need a thicker oil in high mileage cars when there is sufficient wear to cause excess oil consumption, unless your engine is badly worn, a 10w-40 will be fine. Some older cars would be very worn by the time they got to 144k, but something relatively modern an dwell built, like a Prelude, should be fine at that mileage if fairly well looked after.
Cheers
