Im waiting on a parcel
Was despatched on 3rd dec and yodel still havent even picked it up yet

Contacted Amazon on Monday to get this redelivered (next day) and it's still not here.
Just looked at the tracking info.. Yodel again!
Seriously - why do Amazon keep using them?
How can a company be so catastrophically terrible at doing the one and only thing they're paid to do?

Well @NCCMUR, my parcel finally arrived today, a full 14 days after ordering, so by my reckoning you should only have to wait another 5 days and it should be with you..

But that's taking Amazon Prime into consideration, so if you didn't opt for Yodels special "Express" under 15 day service, you could be in for a bit of a wait..

Blame the Americans for exporting Black Friday and cyber Monday to us. The whole damn system has collapsed due to peoples greed.
