I think your currents look so nice. please no gold :D

Yours is the car what i want mine to look like. I checked out the rust on the sills and arches and they are repairable. mine will be in the same state as yours this week (as in rear arch repair) Hopefull will look even nearly as nice as yours soon. Hears a comparison... i still have a long way to go

Haha cheers man. Kind words :D
Yours is looking pretty tidy. Liking the clear front repeaters and Prelude badge on the side.

Only major difference is how low mine sits. Makes it look a lot more aggressive.
Have to sit them side by side at a meet one day

Yer would be great to see them side by side. I think i would want to cry tho

Yer i like the height of yours. looks more aggressive like you said. I'v been looking at lower springs but its a way down a long long list atm but ill get there.

The badge on side i like too. came with the car obviously but could definatly get one dirt cheap.

As is becoming tradition for a Saturday morning I popped down the coach works and had a look at progress.
There has been some delay due to the windscreen guy not showing up yet, so they haven't been able to get to work on some of the minor bubbling on the read windscreen.

However they have been stripping her back and sorting any minor faults in the body work/old paint. The bonnet has just been primed when I got there, and the rear arches have been primed and smooth and primed and smoothed.
Going to pop down end of this week and they're going to bring it out for my to have a mother good look around.

I grabbed a couple of snaps today, but nothing major.

It is becoming very difficult to keep patient with the work seeing a lot of my friends completing winter jobs on their cars. However I'm remembering the long goal of having an immaculate Lude and the end of this restoration.
Also should have some nice goodies coming over Christmas for the car 8-) which will make it a special return to the road next year.

Last few before she us finally sprayed. She's into the booth next week. Then hardening over Christmas before she gets the machine treatment to bring up no doubt what will be the cleanest she will be.

It's been the rear windscreens which caused the delay.... Finally out. Rust bubbles treated and sorted.

Hoping Santa brings me a few of the bits I asked for. Can't wait to have her back. Want to crack on with some jobs for next year.

Should be back in January pal. Finally. Didn't think I would miss her as much as I have.

And haha, I was actually thinking of getting clear indicators. I sometimes think the amber give the car an age. If I decide to change we can do a swap.

Just the door handles to go, and the front/rear bumpers.
Then lacquer and polish and repeat.

Am over the moon with how she's looking. 8-) :D  8-) :D
