Just been trolling through the civic forums, they have like about 1000 pictures of the meet but not any of the Preludes. (there are some of Bennys 2G prelude but none of us lots)

It seems that preludes are really jobby piece of Hondas. .

I'll keep a look out if there are any pics of us.

Because most people that have Hondas are Type R cockpumps

No offence intended to those here that actually have a Type R of some description

of course there are exceptions! It just seems most times when you get a meet of cars the focus is almost exclusively on the 'top spec' or flagship models, with Honda that's surely the Civics and Tegs?

its because people on a civic forum dont like to be reminded that they:

A cant afford a prelude

B cant afford the fuel for a prelude

C cant afford the insurance on a prelude

D cant afford to modify a prelude

E have to drive a 'mums shopping car' rather than a 'sports coupe'

The average age there was very low mate. civic is a young persons car. *shrug

i would not say by ANY means that the civic is hondas flagship

it sells well because its a shopping car that can be pimped. that is two big markets. anything designed specifically for one job will have a smaller appeal. this is good ....... i for one would not like to be part of the civic club because iv passed 30. i would however have one for a track car etc as they are disposable.
