A week is not going to hurt it!
Many have left theirs for a year or two before firing them straight up again.
TBH, a start and 5 mins running will probably use more battery than it will charge anyway.

As above. It can sit for months or years without an issue.

If it's just your battery that you're worried about, disconnect both leads from it and then it will be fine as there's no current draw from it. Just make sure you have any codes for radios/immobilisers/etc first!

Mine did not run for over 3 years, it started up with the first turn of the key. Take your battery off to keep the charge, or even take it into the house, I'm sure it's under warranty in any case.

Does the main crank pulley need to come off to remove bottom timingbelt cove??

I don't think there is any way to tell unless you measure it as there is a fair few different seal sizes :)

I actually went into Honda with my vin number and engine code etc and that's the code I've used to go by the seals Honda don't actually call it a balance shaft seal they just call it oil seals and I also GT the part number from a timing belt thread on extreme prelude
