What 5G Prelude should I buy.

Hi all, previous bb4 and bb6 owner here.

Decided I want another 5G but finding them pretty scarce in the spec I would like...

Black, blue or white
2WS preferably
JDM or motegi bodykit
200bhp engine.
Not been to the moon and back and not rusty

There is no reason I should rush to buy one as current car is perfectly useable but how likely is it i will find exactly what I'm after? Closest I've got so far is a t plate motegi in sparkle yellow but obviously colour and 4ws are the negatives for me. What's your opinions?

If 200bhp is a firm prerequisite your only options are a JDM import or the 99+ H22a8 Lude. The 99+ will be a BB8 4WS but you can swap out the 4WS motor for a 2WS rear sub frame and toe arms. Lip kits can be added later as well.

What's the general opinion on 4ws?

My bb4 I didn't get on with but think it had a fault, just seemed like the rear wheels had a mind of their own on bumpy b roads.

4ws is fine. To a point. That point has always been a bit before I would like it to be.
On the other hand my type S is going to for sale come spring and its fully loaded. NO rust whatsoever and totally stripped and rebuilt in the main.

Its white. Its on the lude of the year vote

I will prob get the motegi bodycolour painted for sale.

BB4s dont have 4ws. <ust have been a bb1 or bb2.

Jeez, I had forgotten just how much work went into it.

Its been garaged the last year.

I want a 4x4 pickup and a horse trailer apparently.....

It will be for sale and it will sell I'm sure. You forget how hard it is to find things like the short shifter and the AEM discs when its tucked away not used. Literally I drove it for about 2k once it was finished. I cant see I have driven it more than 2k since I bought it.
