Is the Motor Trade with Aviva through Giles? If so, your NCB on the Road Risks will step back 2 years. Insurers do differ, some step back 2 years, with a couple you will lose the lot.
If you are going to claim for her damage, you may as well claim for yours as it will make little difference in the grand scheme of thing. You will obviously have your policy excess to pay in respect of your own repairs. You should be able to get reimbursed for the vehicle recovery costs too.
Fingers crossed she won't try and put in a whiplash claim. Don't be surprised if she does. If you are with Aviva then it they will likely contest it, they are top of tree when it comes to acting on fraudulent whiplash claims.
Now for the Lude....
There are two rating factors to consider, one being NCB and the other being a driver's history (motoring convictions, accidents etc).
The NCB on the Lude won't be affected as your are not making a claim on the Lude policy. However, come renewal time, you will need to notify your insurers that you have been involved in a fault accident on another policy, the same as you would notify a speeding conviction. Even though it didn't happen in the Lude, you have still had an accident. Now this "could" have a bearing on the rating and affect the policy discounts applied for your driving history, ie the same as if you had picked up an SP30. Some insurers it will make little or no difference, but with others it may make a small diffetence to the premium. It shouldn't be too detrimental as it, as mentioned, won't affect your Lude NCB.

Only just seen this - you plank!
What a PITA, at least you're in the trade, you just have some nice parts on it which aren't cheap to replace.
Tow bars are great if they're on your car and you get rear ended, but on the flipside they are a PITA!
Hope it gets fixed and back on the road ASAP - annoying when your business depends on it.
