na, i can do that bit. then we can all have a giggle as gayno takes it on the wheels of steel

i was thinking a few sets on mp3 and a few party tunes from the hardrive but if anyone wants to stand behind a set of decks all night they are welcome

i gave up mixing a long time ago

Actually, I've played with mixing software before, so I could bring a laptop and see what I could bash out.

No offence taken. Though my first audio install was in an '82 Transit and it was a mobile stage vehicle for field festivals. Had a mixing console fitted to the passenger door on the inside on a fold down hinge, 240V inverter powering a laptop with digital mixing decks attached as well as the option for direct inputs for instruments for live playing, which we did several times. I miss that van

@gayno: if this was anything other than a small area dedicated to dance i would say 'go for it!' but im really just going to be playing party hits and breaks for those who feel the need...

Fair enough, still I'll bring my hard drive with the music on. Have got a fair amount of German Minimal Trance that went down really well at JAE in september. Its more for after everyone's had too much and are just sat around, good for background tunes.

If you want, I can take the long road round and pick you up if you want just so you don't have to turn up in an MPS!

@ 3L - It was a moderate sound system, 10 stage speaker units - 6 filling up the rear doors and 4 filling up each of the side loading doors... well, when it still had both side doors!
