I got my timing belt and balance shaft belt from Honda. I think they were £60 odd combined.

Euro Car Parts do a Continental timing belt for £17 http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Honda ... e0a&000336 And they do timing belt kits http://www.eurocarparts.com/timing-belt-kit

Are you replacing the timing belt tensioner? What mileage is your car? Thought about doing the water pump while you are in there?

The clock reads 153k
Would it be worth while doing the tensioner ?
Never thought about the water pump ? Should that be done aswell?

Yes and yes :D With the age of the car it would be wise to do both while you are changing the belts.

You could go for a new OEM tensioner, H23 manual tensioner conversion or the Kaizenspeed manual tensioner. All will be around the same price. Also best not to scrimp on the water pump. Me and @Vanzep compared cheap water pump Vs OEM and the cheap one had smaller impellers.

The auto tension will be fine however there is the chance that it may fail. The chance of it failing is greatly reduced when you fit a new one. The auto tensioner is reportedly fiddly to install as you need something to compress it while installing.

£90 for the conversion kit? Or can you get them cheaper than that?

That is the going rate. It take a little thought to install the manual kit but its not difficult. The Kaizenspeed manual tensioner is pretty much plug and play from what I have read.
