£40 Powdercoated Front Calipers 262mm
Hey dude the calipers have come off of a 2.0L K reg so can't see you having any issues with themfirstlude wrote:what seals are missing and will they fit my 4g 2.0l 16v on a k plate not up to speed on what fits what yet

You will need to order seals for the piston and I'd recommend new slide pin boots.
They will set you back about 12 quid a side on Brakes international

The sliding pins and Pistons have all been cleaned up so good as new!

see now i am in 2 minds do i spend money on keeping the brakes the same or do i spend it on uprating them
i watched them on ebay and couldnt make me mind up to bid or not , have you taken them off to do a upgrade

success is the ability to go from one failure to the next without any loss of enthusiasm

I have a 2.2 Prelude and bought these to refurb and fit. Stupidly enough I refurbed them before checking they fitted. The seller made a typo in his Ad and put X reg instead of K reg.firstlude wrote:see now i am in 2 minds do i spend money on keeping the brakes the same or do i spend it on uprating them![]()

As the calipers on the K reg 2.2 were smaller they didn't fit. As I had refurbed them I wasn't in a position to give them back to him.
I did source another set of 282's in the end so I also have a standard set of 282 calipers spare
