yes you can sell a runaround, but there are limits to how many (runarounds) you can sell without it being trade, if nobody knows then whats the problem. your more likely to get daft complaints if your a trader, so dont tell then, sell them as private sales. there are alot of people who has wised up to the sold as seen crap (this is a mine field).

Speaking as somebody who tends to buy sub £1,000 cars, whenever I've been looking to buy a car I've always been put right off by any listing that says 'sold as seen'. When you don't know somebody, it just gives you a sneaking suspicion something maybe awry :scaredtoss: I think if you're just selling the odd car maybe once every few months you should be ok - at the end of the day can you really call an individual who snaps up the odd bargain occasionally a business, as opposed to say having a new car in every time one goes out. It's a bit of a grey zone methinks, I've got a couple of mates who've done it no problems, but like everything in life there's always a risk involved. All of this is just my opinion at any rate - I'm an accountant and never been self employed so what do I know :P good luck with whatever you choose though :)
