Valve clearances - what did you set them too?

Just about to do my valve clearances, in the bible it states a range

Intake 0.15-0.19mm (0.006-0.007 in)
Exhaust 0.17 - 0.21mm (0.007-0.008 in)

What did you set them to?

Yeah it was more what to set them too than how to do it

And why does PUK log me out all the time now?

Set them to the lower settings on both, all of them were lose and the car now sounds less like a tractor

what worse is the spam attack when u follow the links to puk

3rdgensteve and i just did the valve adjustment on my lude to exactly whats in your first post Ammo - smooth and very quite at idle - well worth doing.
