H22A Head on a H23A Block – Possible? How, How Much & Where?

Right, I've been on the phone today with VTEC Direct who will undertake the job and I will need the following:

- 5th Gen H22A5 Engine with ancillaries and manifold
- 4th Gen Engine ECU - OBD1 - 37820 P13 A11 (A11 means for an Auto)

I'll stick a couple of requests in the 'Wanted' section.
