Difficult starting on H22

Post by luigi33 » Mon Jun 29, 2015 9:58 pm

Hi there - not a prelude but Accord type R thought maybe some of you might be familiar with similar issues. Replaced battery for a brand new one and didn't cure but sometimes very difficult to start particular noticeable when car is hot. Its like its struggling to turn over. See video:

Car runs perfectly when started no smoke no loss of power just purely a starting issue.
Can anyone help please?

Check your earth's and power leader from the battery to the fuse box and the fuse box to the starter motor.

Main relay issues? Does the fuel pump still prime when it fails to start?

I had the samething last year, turned out to be the coil pack. You can buy one off ebay for around £20.

He has his uses sometimes! :)
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.
