Where to buy a replacement dizzy cap..

Had my newly acquired type s project (it's not ready to ba called a car) reviewed on starting prob and my mechanic friends reckons new dizzy...

The replacement was from ebay and terrible.

Where would be best to source an original from... Honda?

Yes. OEM not all that expensive, after all.

Thanks for input Merlin/rob... I think Honda maybe the safest option and its cheap enough.

Thats cheap,i spent near that on a secondhand one which will probably need addressing in the near future,are the Blueprint even cheaper?
Used Blueprint brake discs before for a Dc2 and found them spot on.

I got one from a friend who works at Honda. I didn't pay a lot mate. She'll have got what, a 10% discount etc.

Looks like I need the whole distributor, not just cap..... The car still hasn't fired up...
I heard your car is being enjoyed thoroughly....tho he is struggling with the driveway with the slammed suspension.

U missing it yet g?

Massively. It was so strange seeing him at the petrol station with it when I drove past. Good to hear it's being enjoyed though. That's what the cars are for. Have you seen it in person yet?
