Acid etch primer
Any paint, it doesn't need to be high temp
I find a heat gun helps a lot
IF you want polished letters, Vaseline, a razor blade, and fine sand paper helps.

I have old paint remover and a primer so all I need is cover , can of brake cleaner and can of VHT Wrinkle Paint (color you like) When you will be ready let me know and I send you my address
