ES Front motor mount inserts

I have just bought a set of these but only require the rear inserts to adapt/fit to my Accord R.

As such I will have front mount inserts suitable for 4g/5g going spare.

From experience in my BB1 track car the inserts really do a great job of holding the engine more steady, reducing wheel hop & improving the gearshift/reducing drivetrain shunt. A great budget mod.

The front mount inserts do the majority of the work & are very straightforward to fit.

is it just the front mount insert or front, left and right inserts

You can't get inserts for left/right positions
