I'm going to Switzerland next month. 3 days in Zurich, 1 day in Basel. Might have time to head out to Lucerne or Bern.
Does anyone have any recommendations for things to do, places to see, eateries etc.?

only place i have stayed in switzerland was Susten and there wasnt a lot there except one of those bone churches BUT it was at the start of the st bernard pass!!!

If you're in a car, I have a good driving route from Zurich back to Basel via Bern. It's a day out, though, and might in parts be subject to snow this time of the year.
Alternatively, a 45 mile detour between the two cities via Schaffhausen is worth doing, with a look at the Rhine Falls.
