I fitted a new lower trim a couple of weeks ago - afterwards i found there was a guide in the 4th gen manual ;)
lift the trim up and loosen the screws you can then slide the trim off - this wont really work imo as they are that old they wont slide :lol:
The grommets that hold it in place have two tabs that need to be compressed so you can pop them out - you can access them from underneath.
New ones come with clips attached so just click it into place and then tighten the screws up to draw it down.
