Prelude 5th Gen clutch command parts

Hello everybody! :D

I'm looking for some parts that i need to achieve a "auto to manual transmission conversion" on a 5th gen Prelude 2.2 VTI.

The parts needed are : 13, 3, 4, 9, 31, 14, 24, 35, 16 .
I need these parts shipped to France and they will be payed with paypal of course ;)
