Everyone comes back to the Lude because it's a super bargain and the best all round package. And the drive is super smooth.

The thing with dc5, it's going up in value, like the big brother the nsx, facelift dc5 are fetching upward of 10k, I've seen 2 advertised in the last few weeks at 13795 and 14995... So it makes good sense, if you don't put many miles on it, chances are it will go up in value...

Also it has type R credibility and rarity value...

Subaru, evo, skyline drivers seem to have more respect for a dc5....it's got more in common with them.. Don't ask me why but it's got a following.... Maybe it's the big wing and or round lights at the back..the recaro's...and the fact it was used in BTCC and won..so it's got race pedigree...

Either way it's not a bad choice for your pal, and won't lose much through depreciation... I'd say go for it if u got the extra pennies...

I was going to say this and then thought about the maintenance of those big boy cars (EVOs/GTRs etc etc) compared to a DC5 too..

More driven wheels, turbos, etc
